Ordering from us is very simple: once you have added the item to your shopping cart, you can place your order by clicking on the ‘Order’ button.
You can do this easily during the ordering process and you will be automatically logged in. You will then be guided through the three-step order process (address - payment method - confirmation) and can complete your order.

To do so, click on ‘Continue’ in the guest registration form. To complete your order, follow the three-step order process (your data - payment - order).
Once you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail containing not only the items you have ordered, but also your shipping and billing addresses and the payment method you have chosen.
Your order will then be delivered to you and we hope that you are satisfied with your items. If not, you can of course also start the return procedure.
Cancellations are possible if your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse. Since our warehouse processes orders very quickly, cancellation is sometimes not possible even after a few minutes.
The quickest way is to view the order in question in your customer account and select the cancel option. Please note that you can only request cancellation for all items in a scheduled delivery.
If you wish to cancel all items in your order, but the order has been split into multiple scheduled deliveries, you must request cancellation for each of those scheduled deliveries. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel a specific item in a scheduled delivery.
After your request, you will receive a separate email regarding the status of your deletion request.
In principle, there is no minimum order value in our online shop. However, for some payment methods there may be a minimum order value; you will be informed of this during the ordering process.

We usually deliver immediately available items within 5-14 working days.
To check the delivery status of your order, view the shipping confirmation you received via email.
For every package that is sent to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation that includes a tracking link. This confirmation will be sent to you after the order confirmation as soon as the goods have been shipped.
You can check whether you have completed your order correctly using the confirmation we sent you by email. If you have created a customer account, you can log in to the website and view your orders under “Orders”.

We ship our items to UK in collaboration with our partners Royal Mail and DPD.
Of course, you can also have your order delivered to an address other than the billing address, for example to your workplace or to a collection point.
To do this, simply select one of the payment methods offered and enter the desired delivery address in the “Delivery address” section.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address later. Since orders are processed immediately, we cannot guarantee a change.
If the indicated delivery address cannot be found or if the order cannot be delivered, the shipment will be returned to us. As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will pay you the corresponding amount using the payment method selected when placing the order.

If your order is eligible for a return, please follow these steps to start the return process:
1.Send an email via the “Contact Us” section of the website
2.Make sure the email contains the following information:
-Order number -Reason for return request
-Photo of the product if broken
-Customer's first and last name
-Customer's address
We will contact you to provide the return address.
As soon as we have received and checked the returned goods, the credit will be refunded to you for the invoice amount within 14 days using the payment method selected at the time of the order.
If an item supplied by us is damaged or defective or does not meet the requirements in any way, you can of course file a complaint and return the item free of charge using the appropriate return slip.

At CHASEMON you can return your ordered items within 14 days of receiving your order. Further information on the right of withdrawal in our online shop can be found in our General Terms and Conditions.
Please note that returns made via the post office will be processed faster than returns made via a sorting point.
The credit will always be made using the payment method chosen.
If you pay by credit card, we will refund the amount of the returned items directly to your credit card account.
If you pay by PayPal, the credit will be credited to your PayPal account.

There may be various reasons why payment by credit card cannot be made. For example, general technical problems, input errors, card validity problems, etc. As an alternative, we offer the following payment method: PayPal.
If you have chosen PayPal or a credit card as payment method, the order will only be finalised after the payment process has been successfully completed. For this reason, the payment confirmation is displayed directly in the browser window.
